Private Loans
Fast capital, fixed terms — and you keep all the upside.
What Is a Private Land Loan?
A private land loan from Valor — not a bank. That means more flexible underwriting, competitive terms, and a funding partner who actually understands vacant land.
If you need to close quickly and want to retain full ownership and upside, a private loan may be the right structure for your deal.
Best for: operators with capital who want to maximize upside
